Start with the work you want to change
Six solution areas, each organised around the job to be done.
- Service & Delivery RoboticsAutonomous robots that carry meals, trays, linen and supplies between kitchens, dining rooms, guest floors and wards.
- Autonomous CleaningRobots that sweep, vacuum, scrub and mop large floors on a set schedule, leaving cleaners free for amenities, touch points and spills.
- Autonomous Material TransportAutonomous mobile robots (AMRs) that carry or tow heavier loads of linen, supplies, goods and parts between fixed points.
- Humanoid RoboticsBipedal and wheeled humanoid platforms for scoped pilots in handling, sorting, visitor engagement and research.
- Inspection & PatrolLegged robots that run scheduled inspection and patrol rounds with thermal, visual and acoustic sensors.
- Reception & WayfindingRobots that greet visitors, answer common questions and guide people to where they need to go.

About Robotx
Have a question about your site? Talk to a specialist.
What does Robotx do?
Robotx Limited is a New Zealand enterprise robotics company. We advise organisations on where commercial robots fit their operations, then supply, deploy, integrate and support them across New Zealand. Our work covers service and delivery robots, autonomous cleaning, material transport, inspection and patrol, reception and humanoid platforms.
Which robotics manufacturers does Robotx partner with in New Zealand?
Robotx is an authorised Keenon Robotics distributor for New Zealand, and also supplies platforms from UBTECH, Galbot, Leju Robotics, AgiBot, DEEP Robotics and Noetix Robotics. We recommend the manufacturer and platform that suit your site and task after a consultation and site assessment.
Who does Robotx work with?
We work with New Zealand businesses and organisations: hospitality and tourism operators, hotels, hospitals, aged residential care providers, distribution centres and ports, manufacturers and food processors, energy, lines and water companies, security providers, airports and shopping centres. We do not sell to consumers.
How much does a commercial robot cost?
It depends on the platform, the number of units, site preparation, integration (for example with lifts), training and the service arrangement you choose. Rather than publish a price list, we provide a written proposal after a consultation and site assessment, so the numbers reflect your operation.
Is Robotx a New Zealand company?
Yes. Robotx Limited is a New Zealand company (NZBN 9429053733078). Our head office is in Australia, where Robotx Pty Ltd operates, so organisations with sites on both sides of the Tasman can work with one Robotx contact.
Is Robotx connected to the RobotX maritime robotics competition?
No. Robotx Limited is a New Zealand enterprise robotics company that supplies, deploys and supports commercial robots for organisations. It has no connection with the RobotX Challenge, the international university competition for autonomous maritime robots.
How do we get started?
Book a consultation. We’ll discuss the task you want to improve, your sites and your constraints. If robotics looks like a fit, the next step is a site assessment followed by a written proposal. There is no obligation, and we will tell you if automation isn’t worth it yet.
Tell us where your operation loses time.
A Robotx consultation starts with your sites, tasks and constraints. We’ll tell you where robotics fits and where it doesn’t, and what a sensible first deployment would look like.
